a)    Copy of the assessment reports of the student.
b)    Copy of Birth certificate of the student.
c)    Copy of Aadhar card of the student.
d)    5 passport size photographs of student along with soft copy of the same.
e)    1 Family photograph.
f)    1 passport size photograph each   – Father and Mother / Guardian.
g)   1 Passport size photograph of father, mother and local guardian for hostel admission
h)   Medical form duly filled, only for hostel students.
i)   The admission fee by cheques
j)   Child Bio-Data form duly filled.
k)  Form of Parent’s/Guardian’s ID card information duly filled.
